commonly asked questions
Monthly / Net-30. The current month's commissions will be paid next month on 30th. This is to properly reconcile any accounts that have been changed or cancelled. If an account is cancelled you will receive payments for the months the account was active. If an account disputes a charge, that subscription will become invalid you will not receive payouts for any disputed charges.

All payouts are processed on a monthly basis. We’ll email you when the payout is completed.
The referral cookie life is 30 days. If a user purchases the product after 30 days since the first referred visit, the conversion won’t be tracked anymore.
Our tracking is based on browser cookies, so if you used a different browser/device from the visit to sign up, you cleared your cookies, you used incognito, or you signed up from your own referral link, the signup might not be tracked.
Unfortunately, we are unable to add affiliate revenue if someone signs up without using a referral link.
No. Unfortunately, self-referrals are strictly prohibited. The aim of a referral program is to encourage affiliates and ambassadors to spread the word about our product(s), not to get discounts.
