When you upload a new list, DataSift can enrich records automatically with no extra steps. Property details, owner info, and system generated prospect lists like High Equity, Absentee, and Pre-Foreclosure are all applied the moment your data lands in your account.

Our Record Enrichment feature pulls in beds, baths, square footage, estimated value, owner names, mailing addresses, and more straight from SiftMap data.

Enrich Property Information

Fill in the property details you’re missing. Bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, lot size, estimated value, sales price, sales date, and more. Just select your records, go to Manage → Enrich Data, and toggle on Enrich Property Information. DataSift does the rest.

Enrich Owners

Working from a list with no owner info? Toggle on Enrich Owners and we’ll pull in the owner name and mailing address from our database wherever we have a match. No skip tracing required just to find out who owns the property.

Swap Owners

If a property has sold since you uploaded it, you might be chasing the wrong person. Swap Owners replaces your existing owner info with the most current owner from SiftMap. It also fills in missing owner data, same as Enrich Owners.
Note: if the new owner has a different mailing address, phone numbers may be removed since a new owner profile is created. Skip trace afterward to pull fresh contact info.
