These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at www.datasift.ai and any related communications channels operated by DataFlik, Inc. d/b/a DataSift ("DataSift," "we," "us," or "our"). For terms governing use of the DataSift software platform itself, see our Service Agreement.

All content on the website — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks — is owned by DataSift or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.
The DataSift name and logo, the DataFlik name, the REISift name, and related marks are trademarks of DataFlik, Inc.
This section governs the DataSift SMS messaging program ("Program") that you join when you provide your mobile phone number and opt in through one of our web forms.
Program name: DataSift Customer Care
Program description: Customer-care, account, scheduling, and follow-up text messages from DataSift to existing customers and inbound prospects who have requested contact. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders for onboarding calls, demos, and check-ins; notifications when our team is running late; follow-ups to schedule the next call; and direct replies to your questions about your DataSift account.
Message frequency: Recurring messages. Message frequency varies, typically 1–4 messages per month per recipient.
Cost: DataSift does not charge for the messages, but message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to get HELP: Reply HELP to any message you receive from DataSift to receive assistance, or email support@datasift.ai. The HELP keyword will trigger an automated reply with our support contact information.
How to opt out (STOP): Reply STOP to any message you receive from DataSift to be unsubscribed from the Program. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive any further messages unless you opt in again.
Eligibility: The Program is available to United States residents with a U.S. mobile phone number, age 18 or older, who have provided their phone number to DataSift through a web form on www.datasift.ai and affirmatively checked the SMS consent box.
Consent: By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber to or customary user of the mobile phone number provided and that you agree to receive recurring text messages from DataSift at that number. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Privacy: Information you share when you opt in to SMS messaging is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile information or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

You agree to indemnify and hold DataSift harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the website or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
