About
Quentin Jivery's journey in the Central Florida real estate market is a testament to transformation and strategic focus. Transitioning from a carpenter and dabbling in real estate through traditional methods, Quentin's approach before discovering DataSift was characterized by a lack of direction and reliance on disparate tactics.
Operating market
Central Florida's competitive landscape served as the backdrop for Quentin's real estate endeavors, where he initially found modest success through conventional methods.

The Challenge
Seven months before this interview, Quentin worked full time as a carpenter. He came home and called agents and sellers from 2pm to 8pm, every evening. He closed a few deals that way, but there was no system behind them, just records, dials, and hope.
A DataSift user, Cameron Johnson, introduced him to the platform, and the correct number tracking hooked him immediately. The start was still rough. He assumed he was looking at list stacking software, and for the first 15 days he was struggling and confused. He asked the community so many questions he calls himself a pest. Then Tyler logged into his account around 8pm one night and built his filter presets himself. Quentin still runs those same presets today.
What They Built
Fresh probate records in the account every morning
A data person pulls the previous day's probates, foreclosures, and evictions from Hillsborough County and statewide Florida sources, then uploads them while Quentin sleeps. Beneficiaries get added up front with skip traced numbers from Skip Genie. It costs more, but the first call reaches someone who can actually sell the property.
One preset flow his caller runs the same way daily
His caller starts at cold call attempt three and works backward to ready to market, so no record gets doubled up or neglected. Each record gets calls and a text, a status update, and the system promotes it to the next preset automatically. Dials go into a free tally counter to keep the day honest.
He was like, shut up, stop complaining. Now do this every day and see what happens. And boom, within like two weeks I got a deal.
Caller ID checks before a record dies
On attempt three the caller pastes each number into a caller ID lookup, a trick Quentin borrowed from Kevin Hernandez. If someone else's name comes back, the record skips the exhausted pile and goes straight to the deep prospect board.
Deep prospecting the sellers nobody else reaches
His data person researches about seven deep dive records every morning and queues them for an initial call. That bucket produced his biggest single fee.
It was a deep dive. Nobody else was talking to this guy. Nobody, nobody else was talking to him. And it was amazing.

What changed
Quentin's perspective shifted dramatically after being introduced to DataSift by another user. Initially perceiving it as merely a list stacking software, he soon realized its extensive capabilities beyond his expectations. The platform's emphasis on number tracking illuminated the path to success, diverging from the conventional wisdom peddled by real estate gurus.
Quentin Jivery's case study underscores the transformative impact of adopting a focused, data-driven approach through DataSift, moving from aimless efforts to strategic successes in the Central Florida real estate market.
Quentin credits DataSift with enabling him to navigate the real estate landscape more effectively, stating, "If I listened to what the gurus were saying, I wouldn't have been able to make it in real estate."
The Results
Quentin went from evening dialing after carpentry shifts to $458K net in his first seven months, starting in February. Three deals closed inside the first two months, including a JV with the community members who helped him get set up. His latest close was a $37,000 fee on a Jacksonville deep dive deal nobody else was chasing. Another contract in the pipeline projects at $25,000 to $30,000.
The overhead is the bigger contrast. His caller costs $500 a month, plus skip tracing and tools, and he quit the carpentry job. He is blunt about the alternative: spending what others claim is required would leave him broke, miserable, and back at the job. Aimless 2pm to 8pm dialing became a simple daily system his caller and data person run while he works the leads.
It almost becomes addicting, because you can see everything so much clearer than you've ever seen in your data before.

Common questions before you start
Is there a free trial?
Yes DataSift offers a 7 day free trial. In those 7 days you’ll receive all necessary materials to learn exactly how to leverage Sift in your company.
How much does DataSift cost?
Our lowest plan starts at $149 a month and our highest plan is $1250 a month.
How long does setup take?
Your account ships with the lead management default build already wired. Boards, statuses, tasks, automations — ready on day one. Add your team, import your data, and your lead manager can start working leads the same afternoon.
I'm coming from Podio, REsimpli, or Go High Level. Why switch?
Every CRM needs someone to move leads where they belong. The difference is what catches the misses. Most CRMs hand you an empty box and tell you to build it. DataSift ships with the workflow assembled — boards, statuses, tasks, and 26+ automations already wired. You're not paying for a database. You're paying for the system that already runs your lead management.
How do I migrate over my data from another CRM?
Contact our support team through our support chat and they will give you all necessary materials and information to make sure you get all of your data uploaded exactly how you want it.
Does DataSift work with my dialer?
Yes. Ready Mode, Smart Dialer, Call Tools, Smarter Contact, Aircall and Kixie connect directly. A wrong-number disposition in the dialer flips the phone status in DataSift in real time. A new-lead disposition fires the full Call New Lead sequence. Other dialers connect through CSV upload or Zapier.
